I’m David Nawee, English coach – born and raised in the US. For me, learning a language is about more than knowing the right words. It’s about having the confidence to express yourself and take part in conversations without being held back by the fear of making mistakes.
In my coaching, we focus on practical speaking, constructive feedback and applying what you learn to real-life situations, at work and in everyday conversations. My training as a certified life coach helps me understand what holds people back – and how to build confidence step by step.
You don’t need to be perfect before you start speaking. I know this from experience: I learned German as an adult and became business fluent in less than three years – making plenty of mistakes along the way.
I also studied computer science in the Bridge program at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. There I built a solid understanding of computer theory and programming and developed my web development skills further. That’s why I build my websites and learning tools myself – for example nawee.net, my free English learning platform.
